This policy applies specifically to Clefkid, an app from Ylemos Inc. It is a product-specific notice and supplements the Ylemos company privacy policy.
2. Information in Clefkid
Clefkid does not collect or transmit personal information. It does not require an account and has no advertising, analytics, tracking, third-party software development kits, or developer-operated backend.
Your practice history, answers, progress, note-range preferences, and onboarding preferences are stored in the app's private storage on your device. Clefkid does not send this information to Ylemos Inc or to other parties.
3. Children's privacy
Clefkid is intended for children learning music and for adult beginners. The app does not ask children to provide personal information and does not collect or transmit children's personal information.
4. Email support
If a parent or user chooses to email support, Ylemos Inc receives the sender's email address and the information included in the message so we can respond. Please avoid including a child's full name or other sensitive information.
5. Apple services
Apple may process information through iOS or the App Store under Apple's own privacy terms. This processing is separate from Clefkid's on-device practice records; Clefkid does not send those records to Ylemos Inc.
