Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM local warehouse time may be processed the next business day.

Transit Time & Carriers

  • Domestic (U.S.): Typically 2–5 business days via USPS/UPS/FedEx (varies by destination).
  • International: Typically 7–14 business days, subject to local customs and carrier availability.
  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

International Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import regulations in the destination country.
  • Delays caused by customs are outside of our control. Please allow extra time.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including apartment/unit numbers). We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier. We can assist with a tracer, but replacements/refunds are evaluated case-by-case.
  • We ship to P.O. Boxes where supported by the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • To change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to modify it.

Returns – Overview

For safety and quality reasons, return eligibility differs by product category. Please review the category-specific rules below before initiating a return.

Return Window: Unless stated otherwise by category, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

General Conditions for All Returns

  • Items must be returned in the original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items (All Categories)

  • Opened consumables (dietary supplements, ingestible products) for safety reasons.
  • Items that are used, damaged through misuse, or not in resalable condition.
  • Final sale / clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable.
  • Gift cards and downloadable/digital products.

Category Policy: Health Supplements

  • Unopened & sealed bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Opened bottles cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Store supplements in a cool, dry place. We cannot accept returns of items damaged by improper storage after delivery.

Category Policy: Skin Tag Removal

  • Eligible for return within 30 days if unopened and unused in original packaging.
  • For hygienic reasons, opened or used kits are non-returnable unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
  • If a kit arrives damaged or missing parts, contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund.
  • Please read all warnings and directions before use. Self-treatment is not appropriate for suspicious or changing lesions—consult a licensed healthcare professional.

Category Policy: Beauty & Tools

  • Beauty tools may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original, resalable condition (all attachments/manuals included).
  • Used tools that contact skin (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Manufacturer defects reported within 30 days will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
  • Please clean and care for tools per instructions; damage caused by misuse, drops, or water exposure is not covered.

Category Policy: Pet Nutrition & Care

  • Unopened pet supplements may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Opened pet consumables cannot be returned for safety reasons.
  • If your pet product arrives damaged/defective, contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund.
  • Consult your veterinarian before introducing new supplements if your pet has underlying conditions or is under 6 months of age.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via Contact with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide a return authorization (RMA) and return address if approved.
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging when possible and include the RMA number in/on the box.
  4. Use a trackable shipping method and share the tracking number with our support team.

Refunds, Exchanges & Timing

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange (same item replacement, different size/variant where applicable), let us know during the return request.
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item or carrier-damaged on arrival).

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund after review.
  • If you received the wrong item, we’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item promptly.

Legal & Safety Notice

Ylemos® products are produced under documented quality systems. Dietary supplements and pet supplements are not individually “FDA approved.” Our facilities and labeling align with applicable U.S. regulations. Skin Tag Removal products are marketed as cosmetic/device-type care with safety-first labeling and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always follow product-specific Instructions for Use and consult a healthcare professional if you are unsure.

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in regulations, carriers, or business operations.
