Clear limits for general wellness support.

These terms govern your use of Gluise, including meal analysis and optional App Store subscriptions.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Gluise, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable Apple terms. If you do not agree, do not use Gluise.

2. General wellness, not medical advice

Gluise provides general nutrition, movement, sleep, personal-care, and lifestyle information. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and does not replace advice from a qualified health professional.

Consult a qualified professional before making a material change to diet or exercise, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, managing a health condition, have a history of disordered eating, or experience concerning symptoms.

Meal recognition and nutrition values are approximate and may be wrong. Exercise examples must be adapted to your ability and environment. Stop and seek qualified care if you feel unwell. We do not guarantee weight loss or any other specific outcome.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Optional subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store and automatically renew for the period shown at purchase unless canceled.
  • Apple charges your App Store account. Prices, taxes, trials, and available periods are displayed before confirmation.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Restore Purchases is available in Gluise.
  • Refund requests are handled by Apple. Ylemos does not receive payment-card information.

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

4. Your content and acceptable use

You keep your rights in content you provide. You grant Ylemos and its service providers a limited right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the feature you requested.

Do not misuse the service, bypass quotas or access controls, probe or disrupt infrastructure, upload unlawful or malicious material, or use the service for unauthorized commercial resale.

5. Privacy

The Gluise Privacy Policy explains what remains on your device and what is processed when you request a cloud feature.

6. Availability and liability

Gluise and its services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfectly accurate analysis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ylemos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Gluise. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

7. Changes and termination

You may stop using Gluise at any time. We may limit cloud access when reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, security, maintenance, legal requirements, or nonpayment. We may update these terms when the product, providers, or legal requirements change.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
