The app doesn’t hear my piano.
Open Parent Corner or the mic button in a lesson and allow the microphone, or go to Settings → Keyfox → Microphone. Play one note at a time, close to the phone, in a quiet room. Digital and acoustic pianos both work; you can always use the on-screen keys.

How do I cancel the subscription or the free trial?
