Keyfox Terms of Use
License
Your use of Keyfox is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), together with these terms. If they conflict, the Standard EULA controls.
Free and paid content
Lessons 1–3, their songs, listening feedback and the Parent Corner are free. A Keyfox Premium subscription unlocks the remaining lessons and songs listed on the subscription screen.
Subscriptions, free trial and cancellation
- Keyfox Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. The price and period are shown in the app before purchase and are charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- If a free trial is offered and you are eligible, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Manage or cancel any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or from the app’s Parent Corner → “Manage or cancel subscription”.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Use by children
Keyfox is intended for children ages 4–8 under a parent’s or guardian’s supervision. Purchases and settings require a grown-up check. The parent or guardian accepts these terms on the child’s behalf.
Content
Songs in Keyfox are public-domain melodies arranged by us. The app, its characters, artwork and lessons are owned by Ylemos Inc. and may not be copied or redistributed.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Keyfox is a practice aid and does not replace a music teacher. Note detection depends on the instrument, room and device and may not always be accurate. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited as described in the Standard EULA.
